The new 30,000-square-foot facility for Peace Mennonite Fellowship was thoughtfully designed to support the spiritual, social, and educational life of the congregation. At the heart of the building is the main worship space—a light-filled sanctuary that offers a serene and welcoming environment for communal gatherings, reflection, and worship. This central space anchors the entire facility, both physically and symbolically, serving as a place of unity and shared purpose.
Radiating from the sanctuary is a spacious, multi-use commons area that acts as a connective hub for the building. Designed for informal interaction, fellowship, and community events, this flexible space encourages engagement before and after services while seamlessly linking the worship area to the building’s other programmatic zones.
Supporting the congregation’s diverse needs, the facility also includes a large Fellowship Hall, designed to host events ranging from community meals to special celebrations and outreach activities. Equipped with a fully functional kitchen, the hall provides ample space for shared meals, hospitality, and large-group gatherings, enhancing the congregation’s ability to serve both its members and the broader community.
An education wing rounds out the program, offering a range of classrooms and multi-purpose spaces designed to accommodate children, youth, and adult programs. Tailored to support Sunday school, Bible study, and intergenerational learning, the wing is adaptable for various group sizes and teaching formats. Together, these spaces form a cohesive environment that reflects the congregation’s mission—nurturing faith, fostering community, and welcoming all.
